Work Flow

Discovery & Briefing

  • Initial call or questionnaire to understand the client’s goals, target audience, and project scope.

  • Review of brand materials (if available) and discussion of style preferences and expectations.

  • Define deliverables, platforms (e.g. app, web, video), and timeline.

Proposal & Agreement

  • Send a detailed proposal including scope, cost, timeline, and revision terms.

  • Sign contract and collect deposit (usually 50%) before beginning work.

Research & Inspiration

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.

  • Build a moodboard or visual reference guide based on client input.

  • Define style direction (minimal, bold, playful, etc.).

Wireframing / Storyboarding (for UI/UX or Motion)
